Bay Drive in Villas closed Friday for paving between Hollywood and Baywyn

VILLAS — Bay Drive will be closed between Hollywood Road and Baywyn Road on Friday, Oct. 16, from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for road paving, the Lower Township Police Department said.

Drivers should follow the posted detour and use caution in the area, police said.

The contractor's traffic control plan sends traffic west to Shore Drive along the bay, using Hollywood and Baywyn roads to get around the closed block. Road work signs will be posted on Bay Drive from Fern Road to the south side of Cox Hall Creek.
