WILDWOOD, Oct. 13, 2026 — The Lazarus House Emergency Food Pantry holds a drive-through "Fill the Truck" food drive Saturday, Oct. 17, from noon to 2 p.m.
Donors drive into the pantry's parking lot at Burk and Pacific avenues (4511 N. Pacific Ave.) and drop off non-perishable food. Each donation earns a chance to win a gift card to a local restaurant, including Duffinetti's, Anglesea Pub, Mudhen and Owen's Pub.
Mark Hunter of 98.7 The Coast will broadcast live from the drive.
"Drive into our parking lot at Burk and Pacific Ave. with non-perishable food donations and receive a chance to win a gift card to a local restaurant and more," the Lazarus House Emergency Food Pantry said in its invitation. "Hope to see you then."
Monetary donations are also accepted and are tax deductible. Lazarus House Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, runs the ecumenical pantry, which is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to noon. Its website lists cereal, boxed pasta and sauce, macaroni and cheese, tuna, juice, coffee, canned soups and stews, chili and personal care items among its regular needs.
