STONE HARBOR, Oct. 28, 2026 — Mobilization for Stone Harbor's beach replenishment project is scheduled to run from Monday, Nov. 2, through Friday, Nov. 6, the borough says.
Construction vehicles will travel toward the 122nd Street beach parking lot that week and possibly into the following week. The borough says minor traffic delays may occur.
Portions of the 122nd Street beach parking lot may be closed to the public during beach fill operations, according to the notice.
The schedule depends on the weather. If the dates change, the borough says it will post updates immediately.
